The community is invited to enjoy delicious Indian tacos while supporting the Denver American Indian Festival at a special taco fundraiser on

Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Highlands United Methodist Church.

Indian tacos will feature fried bread topped with seasoned beef, beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and more.

Tacos are $12 each, with all proceeds supporting the Denver American Indian Festival and its mission of cultural preservation, sovereignty, and community empowerment.

Funds raised will help support the Denver American Indian Festival, taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Highlands United Methodist Church.

The festival brings the community together to honor and celebrate American Indian cultures, traditions, artists, performers, and community members.
