Welcome to
Highlands United Methodist Church
Highlands UMC is an open and inclusive church. We have many ways to become part of the community through worship, fellowship and outreach. If you are a seeker, a pilgrim, a person with a servant's heart or someone with questions of faith, come and worship with us.

All are welcome at Highlands UMC, an inclusive community of faith.
This week at Highlands:
Thursday, March 4, at 5:30pm: Pastor @ the Pub. Join Pastor Kerry for God-talk and questions of faith at Billy’s Inn, 44th and Lowell. Invite your friends and neighbors for casual conversation. We are a group gathering at a table, not an official event of the restaurant.
This Sunday, March 7, is the third Sunday of Lent, a season of repentance (turning around, going a new way) and discipline (intentional practice). Pastor Betty is preaching on
Luke 13:1-9. Worship is at 10:00 a.m. -
all are welcome.
A new adult Sunday school class begins this week, based on The Life You’ve Always Wanted: Spiritual Disciplines for Ordinary People, by John Ortberg. Jeff Hirota will lead discussion of selected chapters, including the practices of Celebration, Slowing, Servanthood, and Prayer. You don’t need to buy or read the book to come and join the conversation. Sundays at 9:00 a.m., March 7-21.
If you missed our Ash Wednesday service, you can download the bulletin and reflection from our new
