Book Club

The Highlands UMC Book Club was formed summer 2011. All are welcome.  Here is the schedule and suggested readings.
 
On March 8 we will discuss Mennonite in a Little Black Dress, a memoir by Rhoda Janzen.  April 12 we will consider Yann Martel’s fantasy adventure novel, Life of Pi.  New members are always welcome.
 
Meetings take place monthly on the second Thursday at 6:30pm, at the church. All are welcome; light refreshments will be served. Other books that have been suggested for future reading include:

Meeting Jesus Again for the First Time - Marcus Borg - Pastor Betty led this study on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons, Nov-Dec.
